PressleafPrivacy Policy

Pressleaf turns web pages and AI chats into PDF and Markdown files on your own computer. We built it to collect as little as possible: we do not sell data, show ads, or track your browsing.
What Pressleaf reads
- Only the page you choose. Pressleaf can read a page only after you click its toolbar button, press its keyboard shortcut, or choose one of its right-click menu items (Chrome's activeTab permission). It does not run on the sites you visit in the background.
- Pro: “Save all tabs” and “Skip the print window”. If you turn these on, Chrome asks you to allow the “debugger” and “downloads” permissions. Pressleaf uses them only when you start a save, to print the page to a file and put it in your Downloads folder.
Where your data goes

What we never do
- We never upload, store or read the content of pages you save.
- We do not collect browsing history, keystrokes or passwords.
- We do not sell or rent data, or use it for advertising or credit decisions.
Chrome Web Store User Data Policy
Pressleaf's use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Service providers
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and the license API.
- Dodo Payments — processes purchases as merchant of record.
Your choices
- Turn off “Skip the print window” in settings to remove the extra permissions.
- Uninstall Pressleaf to remove all locally stored data.
- Ask us to delete license records linked to your email or device by writing to signals@roledawn.com. We reply within 30 days.
Children
Pressleaf is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above, and note material changes in the extension's release notes.
