Terms of Use

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms cover your use of the Pressleaf browser extension, its website and API (“Pressleaf”). By using Pressleaf you agree to them.

The service

Pressleaf helps you save web pages and AI conversations you can already view as PDF or Markdown files. You are responsible for what you save and for respecting the rights of the sites and people whose content you save.

Plans and payment

The free plan has no usage limit. Pressleaf Pro is sold by our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, as a one-time lifetime license or a yearly subscription. Yearly plans renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the link in your receipt email and keep Pro until the end of the paid year. Refund requests follow the merchant of record's policy. A license may be used on up to 5 browsers you personally use.

Acceptable use

Don't use Pressleaf to break the law or infringe others' rights, and don't overload, reverse-engineer or get around the license API.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Pressleaf reliable, but websites change and some pages may not save perfectly. Pressleaf is provided “as is”, without warranties. We may update features or these terms; material changes will be noted in release notes.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Third parties

Pressleaf is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, PrintFriendly or PDFCrowd.
